Refund policy

Product images are intended to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, fabric appearance, or detailing may occur due to lighting, screen settings, fabric characteristics, and production variations.
Items may be returned or exchanged only if they are unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all VÉRA tags and original packaging attached.
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings, intimate items, or other hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or tried on, except where the item is defective.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact VÉRA within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item, packaging, and order details so our team can assess the issue.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, perfume, makeup, damage, or removal of original tags may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Any approved refund will be processed according to VÉRA's applicable return procedure and the original payment method, where possible.
